IT IS EXPRESSLY
AGREED THAT NO STATEMENT, ARRANGEMENT, WARRANTY, OR UNDERSTANDING, ORAL OR
WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED NOT CONTAINED HEREIN WILL BE RECOGNIZED AND THAT
THIS ADDENDUM CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT
By signing this
contract, Owner represents and warrants that he is the sole owner of the
aforesaid premises. This addendum
is binding on Contractor only when signed by or on behalf of Contractor in the
space provided below.
