Monica just joined the CDA team in 2007 as our new office administrator and bookkeeper.  Monica is our "behind the scenes person" who does our bookkeeping and job processing.  Her diverse background in accounting, computers and business managing has been a great asset to our CDA team.

Nathan joined the CDA team in September of 2009 as a Project Design Manager. With an emphasis on understanding the client's needs and vision, Nathan provides innovative design solutions with integrity, value and beauty. His professional background offers over 10 years of high-end design services, including residential design, interior design and finish selection.  Nathan maintains a focus on following home improvement industry trends, sustainable design practices and quality management to provide client satisfaction and remain within budget.

Rob has been part of the CDA team since 1993. Rob's natural ability to focus on quality control and organization has been a key factor in the CDA team becoming known for our "Service and Quality."

Andy has worked for CDA since 1987 as our kitchen department project supervisor. He has over 25 years of experience in cabinet installation and rough & finish carpentry. He is very versatile in all aspects of construction, and has contributed his expertise to many of our award winning projects.

Bill has worked for CDA since 1997. Bill can handle multiple tasks on many jobs. His scheduling and organizational skills are second to none. Bill is a quiet guy, but don't let that fool you. He does whatever it takes to complete all his jobs on time and on budget.
